🧪 Verifier: Add tests for discordAdapters

🎯 Goal: Achieve 100% test coverage for packages/bot/src/core/discordAdapters.ts by adding comprehensive tests for buildVoiceChannelsSnapshot and adaptGuild.

🧪 Test Strategy: Created a new file packages/bot/tests/discordAdapters.test.ts using vitest and vi.fn() mocks to completely mock Discord structures (e.g. djsGuild, ChannelsCache) without requiring any live Discord Gateway connection. Handled missing iconURL cases, type mismatches, and sort flags effectively.

🛡️ Safety: The implementation modifies zero production lines of code. It simply introduces test files. Execution of npm -w packages/bot run test -- --coverage verified all tests pass securely and completely. Back-end TypeScript tests run flawlessly.
