💡 What: Replaces basic text changes during async operations (e.g., 'Adding...') with a visual loading spinner using the unified <Spinner /> component across multiple action buttons on the Home page.
🎯 Why: Improves user feedback during asynchronous operations (deck fetching, submission, deletion) by providing a clear, standard visual loading indicator, enhancing the overall polish and feel of the interactions.
📸 Before/After: Before, buttons simply changed text or showed .... Now, they show a rotating spinner alongside the loading text or icon.
Accessibility: Provides a more prominent visual cue that an action is processing, which is clearer than just changing button text.

Replaces text-based loading states with the unified Spinner component for better feedback. Applies to "Add Deck" buttons, the "Run Simulations" button, the deck delete button, and the initial deck loading state.
