🏗️ Infrastructure:

  • Updated .github/workflows/deploy.yml to use npm run verify -- --skip-build instead of individual steps, ensuring parity with local development.
  • Modified scripts/verify.js to support the --skip-build flag, allowing CI to skip redundant builds.
  • Removed continueOnError: true from Integration Tests in scripts/verify.js to enforce strict failure on error in CI.

📖 Context:

  • Created AGENTS.md as the repository's briefing packet and SSOT for intent, following the <150 lines standard.
  • Validated package.json versions (React 19, Firebase 12, etc.) to ensure AGENTS.md reflects the actual cutting-edge tech stack.
  • Updated .jules/forge.md with learnings on AGENTS.md vs CLAUDE.md.
