🏗️ Infrastructure:

  • Created AGENTS.md in root (<150 lines) to serve as the briefing packet for AI agents and humans.
  • Updated scripts/verify.js to be the "Kickstart" script for robust local verification, now including unit tests and failing on error.
  • Updated .github/workflows/deploy.yml to align with AGENTS.md intent, ensuring unit tests are run in CI (previously skipped).
  • Consolidated testing commands: npm test runs both unit and integration tests (via Vitest unit project).
  • Moved TESTING_STRATEGY.md to docs/ to keep the root directory clean.

📖 Context:

  • Addressed the missing AGENTS.md file.
  • Fixed a gap where unit tests were not running in CI.
  • Ensured parity between local verification (npm run verify) and CI execution.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5353514584047858365 started by @TytaniumDev

- Create `AGENTS.md` as the SSOT for intent with concise ground rules and executable commands.
- Update `scripts/verify.js` to run strict verification including unit tests (`npm test`).
- Update `package.json` `test:all` script to include unit tests.
- Update `.github/workflows/deploy.yml` to run `npm test` (unit + integration) instead of just integration tests.
- Move `TESTING_STRATEGY.md` to `docs/` to reduce root clutter.
