This PR updates the documentation to accurately reflect the current codebase state, specifically correcting the confusion between Google Cloud Vision API (Production) and Google Gemini (Experimental Script).

Changes:

  • Added docs/ARCHITECTURE_TECHNICAL.md: A comprehensive technical overview of the stack, data models, and core workflows.
  • Updated docs/VisionAPI.md: Rewritten to describe the actual "Assisted Cookie Detection Pipeline" (Detect -> Review -> Crop) implementation using Cloud Functions and sharp, replacing the outdated "auto-crop" plan.
  • Updated README.md: Corrected the "Key Features" list to specify Google Cloud Vision API usage and added links to the new technical documentation.

Drift Resolved:

  • Vision API vs Gemini: Clarified that Gemini is only used in experimental scripts (scripts/detect-all-images.js), while the production app uses Vision API (functions/src/index.ts).
  • Pipeline Logic: Corrected the description of the image processing flow to match the backend implementation (asynchronous detection, manual confirmation for cropping).

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5914586858766920866 started by @TytaniumDev

- Create docs/ARCHITECTURE_TECHNICAL.md as master technical document
- Rewrite docs/VisionAPI.md to reflect actual Detect-Review-Crop pipeline
- Update README.md to fix Vision API vs Gemini references and add new doc links
