💡 What: Scoped the TimelineView in RunningView to only wrap the CountdownRing instead of the entire VStack.
🎯 Why: Wrapping static views in TimelineView forces them to be unnecessarily re-evaluated every second. Scoping it tightly ensures only the view components that depend on the time tick are redrawn.
📊 Impact: Reduces UI render overhead by preventing the re-evaluation of all static elements within the view on every tick.
🔬 Measurement: Verified the UI works correctly during tests, minimizing the workload on the SwiftUI rendering pipeline every second.
