π¨ Severity: CRITICAL
π‘ Vulnerability: User email was set globally in SentrySDK but could leak to future crash events if the submission threw an error.
π― Impact: PII (email address) could be erroneously attached to unrelated crash/error events for the rest of the application's lifecycle.
π§ Fix: Used a
deferblock to guaranteeSentrySDK.setUser(nil)is executed regardless of whether the async submission succeeds or throws.β Verification: Verified the defer block successfully executes after the async operation in all outcomes.
