Update Shop hero design and disable auto-scroll on mount

Updates the Hero section on the Shop page to match the design style used on the "Find Our Source" page (using the grid background, blur, and radial gradients). Also disables the auto-scroll to the tab container upon initial load by tracking the first mount using a useRef.
