Custom File Format

- Open-Source Standardized Workout File
- Written Format so it is readable to a layman, sort of like how markdown can be used by any document editor and isn't really proprietary afaik.
- Data-efficient (I'd like it to be, but I have no education in computer science)
- A lot could probably optimized to not even be included in the format since it might be able to be covered in the file itself.
