Replace call to Panel.DisableSome with Panel.ForceDisableSome in sweepPanels to ensure panels are force-disabled when pruning guilds. Also update go.mod to add local replace directives for common, database (and commented gdl), enabling development against local module checkouts and pinning the required module versions.
