Description
This new integration adds all new tickets to a google sheet for data collection. This includes claimer, claim time, open time, panel name, and close request time. The goal is to allow users to be able to track staff's current ticket stats. This system uses the google api and a separate Discord bot in order to gather all the required information.

I have been running this code for a week in a worker to verify the functionality of the code. I have not found any issues and have conducted tests to make sure everything is functional.
