The download for the latest .exe file can be found here, there might be other files able to be used for other operating systems such as Linux & macOS, but currently Windows is only available.

JRE Download

Although the program prompts you to download a certain JRE after closing, you can also click here and not have to go through the tedious process of starting the program, and then closing it and then downloading the JRE.

NOTE: This will be updated if I so decide to switch to a different JRE version for the program, but that may be for later versions.
