- dumb端末時のみ有効
- dumb以外(VT100等)では、従来通りログファイルのみに出力
- ログ設定でタイムスタンプをenableにすると
- VT windowの行頭に出力
- 実際にログをとっている場合、ログファイルにも出力
- TERATERM.INI の LogTimestampFormat を Unicode化した
- ttlib.h に ttstrftime() を追加
- 現在時刻をstrftime風format指定で、文字列を作成
- mctimelocal() を Unicode 化して置き換え
