- Go to File → Export
- Select "Outlook for Mac Data File (.olm)"
- Save and import into Email Archive Explorer
- Go to takeout.google.com
- Deselect all, then select only "Mail" with MBOX format
- Download and import the
.mboxfile (or the entire.zip)
- Install ImportExportTools NG add-on
- Right-click a folder → Export folder as MBOX
- Import the
.mboxfile
