Fix RelativeCI integration to use production esbuild builder

ng build --stats-json with @angular/build:application produces an esbuild metafile, not webpack stats. relative-ci/agent-action@v3 exclusively accepts webpack stats format and rejects the esbuild metafile with "Invalid stats structure". The Vite/Rollup path (rollup-plugin-webpack-stats) doesn't apply — Angular's production builds use esbuild directly, not Rollup.

Changes

• scripts/esbuild-stats-to-webpack.mjs — new conversion script that reads the esbuild metafile and emits a webpack-compatible stats JSON:

  • metafile.outputs (non-map files) → assets[] {name, size}
  • metafile.inputs (source files) → modules[] {name, size}

• .github/workflows/build.yml — build with ng build --stats-json (production builder), run the conversion, pass the result to RelativeCI:

  - run: node scripts/esbuild-stats-to-webpack.mjs dist/phased/stats.json dist/phased/webpack-stats.json
  - uses: relative-ci/agent-action@v3

      webpackStatsFile: ./dist/phased/webpack-stats.json

• angular.json — removed the build-stats target (webpack builder fallback added in the prior attempt).
