Version bumps for the 1.27.1 patch release, kept separate from publishing so main carries the version before anything is pushed to Reposilite/Modrinth.
1.27.1 ships the fabric-bundle messaging inlining fix and the bare-common coordinate scheme (plain modules published bare, +java only for bundles), both already merged in #38. Publishing to Reposilite + Modrinth follows once this lands on main.
