Closing: this floor bump requires Python >= 3.10/3.11, but the project supports Python 3.9+ (see README and the CI matrix — the 3.9 job fails with 'No matching distribution'). The >= bounds in requirements.txt document the minimum tested versions, not target versions. Dependabot is being switched to security-updates-only for pip to stop these proposals; this can be revisited if Python 3.9 support is ever dropped.
