Add an instance of Wheatley to be used with a func_tracktrain management rail instance.
This includes the full setup of all props, playerclip brushes, func_tracktrain and func_tank brushes. Can be used for whatever the map needs (and even be reskinned)
Adapted from an unreleased prefab used in sp_a2_bts3.
