Add GitHub Actions job matching make ci-check to resolve CHANGELOG drift.
Use Keep a Changelog category names for legacy sections without changing release content.
Use primary label color on the Prompts behavior tiles and add a fast signed Release reinstall path so local UI iterations keep macOS grants.
GitHub Actions uses strict concurrency checking; keep paste callbacks on the main actor so ci-check passes after restoring the workflow.
