docs: add X/Twitter source packet workflow

Summary

• document a reviewed source-packet mode for public X/Twitter Markdown inputs
• add @xquik/tweetclaw as an optional OpenClaw-compatible packet source
• keep packet mode separate from authenticated fetches and browser login
• reject lookalike and unrelated hosts before any authenticated tweet fetch

Independent Repository Fix

• restrict tweet URL parsing to supported x.com and twitter.com hostnames
• add focused tests for valid URLs, bare IDs, and lookalike-domain rejection

Packet Contract Improvements

• separate required packet fields from optional metadata
• preserve source packet field names in generated front matter
• document the provider fallback and omit absent optional fields

Pushed repair commit d1517d7547dbc7e583429824b87aae2d2b7410a2.

Beyond the Xquik packet documentation, this fixes a repository bug where any lookalike URL containing /status/<id> could initiate the authenticated conversion path. Parsing now accepts only supported X and Twitter hosts, with tests covering valid URLs, bare IDs, and unrelated or deceptive hosts.

Validation passed: 3 tests with 8 assertions, Bun bundle build, git diff --check, public hygiene scan, and credential-pattern scan.
