agent-term-smoke, an executable local smoke runner for the documented operator quickstart path.Includes a Python smoke runner, CLI entrypoint, console script, and tests that verify the flow creates durable Matrix state plus EventStore records across health check, Matrix sync normalization, Matrix send, registered participant dispatch, Memory Mesh dispatch, and snapshot rendering.
