I'm an undergraduate researcher at the Quantum Artificial Intelligence Lab (Quailab), School of Computer Science and Engineering, Pusan National University, advised by Prof. Won-Joo Hwang.
My research is about making dense, constraint-heavy QUBO workloads run reproducibly on real quantum annealers (D-Wave Advantage2), applied to molecular docking in structure-based drug discovery. I also build web applications, with a frontend background from the Kakao Tech Campus program.

QDock: Hardware-Aware Quantum Annealing for Molecular Docking First-author work, presented as a poster at AQC 2026 (Adiabatic Quantum Computing Conference, Tokyo). A calibration framework that runs Bayesian optimization over a physically-bounded penalty domain, then sweeps chain strength / anneal time / schedule shape under a frozen, embedding-isolated configuration, producing target-specific, reproducible recipes for docking QUBOs on sparse-connectivity QPUs.
