Rebuilds the official public repository as a multilingual product and evidence index with stable source routes, scoped claims, machine-readable facts, and deployable GitHub Pages.

Included

• 8 complete localized README files and 8 Pages routes
• canonical, hreflang, JSON-LD, Open Graph, sitemap, robots, and llms.txt
• security-audit and no-logs evidence boundaries
• explicit proprietary, trademark, and third-party rights boundary
• automated content, localization, discovery-surface, and remote-link checks

Verification

• npm test
• npm run verify:remote (19/19 source routes)
• local HTTP checks for 8 locale routes and 5 discovery/assets endpoints
• staged credential-pattern and stale-claim scans
