Summary

Docs/metadata-only patch. Makes the project's unofficial status explicit and prepares for curated-list (awesome) submission. No API or behavior changes — MCP-safe (no package/CLI/SDK renames).

  • Unofficial now stated in: README title + tagline, pyproject.toml description (PyPI summary), GitHub repo "About", and capctl --help (on top of the existing risk blockquote + NOTICE).
  • Added docs/awesome-submission.md — tracks target lists (awesome-quant, awesome-cli-apps), their acceptance bars, eligibility, and the exact entry text.
  • Regenerated docs/CLI.md for the new help string.

Test Plan

  • MCP-safe: capital_cli.sdk imports unchanged; capctl binary + command groups unchanged.
  • Offline: ruff + mypy clean, 305 passed; version metadata = 0.6.1.
  • CI green on this PR → then tag v0.6.1 to publish.
