Adds hashed revocable read tokens and bounded programme, template, history, session, and recorded-progress projections. Workout execution, coaching, account, import, sync-write, and whole-state operations remain unavailable.
Validation: lint, TypeScript, production build, and 56 tests pass. Migration 0002 is additive and will be applied separately after merge.
