Local validation and repository CI/docs checks are green, and Fleet parity classifies Reader as aligned. Merge is intentionally paused: the PR received a successful external Workers Builds: reader Cloudflare check even though the tracked deploy workflow is manual-only. GitHub reports no deployment object for this branch, but merging main could trigger an external production build/deploy outside the approved scope. Do not merge until that integration is confirmed build-only or production deployment is explicitly authorized. |

Adopts the verified Fleet Ultracite lint baseline. The release was held pending explicit authorization; that authorization is now confirmed.
