Bonewood

The Bonewood is a haunted birch forest south of Easton in Delta. It is said that excess bonemeal from nearby Deltan industry was dumped here en masse, causing the area to become densely wooded and haunted. At night, it is said that the bonemeal coalesces into corporeal shapes that prowl the forest, seeking revenge on the living. Daytime sightings of these skeletons are not uncommon. Navigation through the forest is difficult, as it is hard to see more than a few meters in-front of you, jumping is usually impossible, and leaves frequently block your path. Those willing to brave the forest's dangers will find numerous wildflowers, grasses, and friendly bees.
