Adds eight saved-popup MCP tools covering list, get, create, update, publish, unpublish, delete, and embed workflows. Includes strict client-compatible schemas, structured outputs, safety annotations, dashboard URL helpers, and lifecycle tests. Updates the standalone README and tool count to document the new popup surface.
