`SENDSPIN_CAST_APP_ID` was still pointing at the `beta` Cast channel (`7D69F439`). This PR moves it to the frozen `ma-2.9` channel (Sendspin/cast#86). The served App is currently identical to the previous Cast App id so it should still work exactly the same as before this PR.
