docs: add Indonesian miner setup guide

Summary

Adds a Bahasa Indonesia translation of the RustChain miner setup guide.

Translated file:

• docs/sprint/miner-setup-guide.id.md

Notes

• Preserved shell commands, paths, endpoint URLs, wallet placeholders, and code blocks.
• Kept key protocol terms such as Proof-of-Antiquity, fingerprint, dry-run, node, and multiplier where they are clearer for technical readers.
• Intended for the RustChain localization bounty: [BOUNTY: 5 RTC] Localization — Translate RustChain Docs rustchain-bounties#12027.

Reviewed docs/sprint/miner-setup-guide.id.md against the source docs/sprint/miner-setup-guide.md and the localization bounty requirements in Scottcjn/rustchain-bounties#12027.

Two things look solid:

• The command blocks, endpoint URLs, wallet placeholders, file paths, and CLI flags appear preserved, which is the most important part for a setup guide translation.
• The translated structure tracks the source guide closely, including the preflight, platform setup, troubleshooting, and epoch/reward sections, so readers should be able to map the localized guide back to the canonical English doc.

Two acceptance risks to address before this can be paid/merged:

• The bounty issue says a named native-speaker validator must confirm the translation before payout. This PR does not name one yet, so I would add a validator note either in the PR description or in the bounty thread before review completes.
• The Indonesian slot was claimed and the PR was opened immediately, but I do not see maintainer confirmation that id/miner-setup-guide is one of the open curated slots. Since the bounty is first-complete accepted translation wins, a quick maintainer confirmation would avoid doing review work against a slot that may not be approved.

Small consistency note: the source uses the multiplication sign in protocol-facing multiplier values (2.5×, 2.0×, etc.) while this translation uses ASCII x. That is probably understandable, but I would consider keeping the exact × notation in the table and Apple Silicon paragraph so the localized doc matches the canonical quick-reference formatting.

I updated the translation to keep the canonical multiplier notation (×) instead of ASCII x so the table and related paragraphs now match the source formatting.

For the two bounty-process points:

• Slot confirmation: agreed. I have also asked in [BOUNTY: 5 RTC] Localization — Translate RustChain Docs rustchain-bounties#12027 for maintainer confirmation that Indonesian (id) / miner setup guide is an accepted curated slot.
• Native-speaker validation: I can provide/coordinate a Bahasa Indonesia native-speaker validation note if self-validation is acceptable, or follow whatever separate-validator process the maintainer prefers.
