Now that replication-radar 0.1.0 is published to PyPI, switch the .mcp.json launcher from build-from-git to the released package, and update the /radar skill prerequisite accordingly. Pinned, faster, no git build.

replication-radar0.1.0 is now on PyPI (https://pypi.org/project/replication-radar/), so the template can use the released package instead of building from git:.mcp.json:uvx --from git+… replication-radar→uvx replication-radar/radarskill: prerequisite note updated to match.Pinned to released versions, faster startup (no git clone/build), and the canonical distribution path.
