Local Setup

# 1. Install dependencies
pip install -r requirements.txt

# 2. Set your Telegram Bot Token
export BOT_TOKEN="your_token_here"

# 3. Run the bot
python bot.py

Deploy to Railway

Step 1 – Get a Telegram Bot Token

1. Open Telegram and message @BotFather
2. Send /newbot and follow the steps
3. Copy the token it gives you

Step 2 – Deploy on Railway

1. Go to railway.app and log in
2. Click New Project → Deploy from GitHub repo
   • Push this folder to a GitHub repo first, or
   • Use Deploy from local by uploading the zip
3. In your Railway project, go to Variables tab
4. Add this environment variable:

   BOT_TOKEN = <your_telegram_bot_token>
   

5. Railway will auto-build and start your bot

Step 3 – Test the bot

• Open Telegram, find your bot by its username
• Send /start
• Paste any Pinterest URL like: https://www.pinterest.com/pin/123456789/
