This repository is the official project template. All participants must fork this repo and build their project inside their fork.
All teams participating in Kaizen'26 are required to fork this repository.
All development must be done and uploaded to your forked repository.
You are not allowed to use any pre-existing or personal repositories.
Make sure your forked repo is public.

β Projects must be developed entirely during the hackathon
β Pre-built or previously submitted projects are strictly prohibited
β Use of open-source libraries, frameworks, APIs, and models is encouraged
β Any tech stack is allowed
β No plagiarism or copying complete projects from the internet
β Submission after deadline will not be considered.
Violation of rules may lead to disqualification.
There is no enforced folder structure.
Organize your repository however you like.
However, your fork's README.md must include the following:

Problem Statement: What problem are you solving and why?

Project Overview: What your project does and how agentic AI is used.

Tech Stack: Languages, frameworks, APIs, models, tools used.

Setup Instructions: How to run the project locally.

Demo Links: Live demo / video demo / screenshots.
