Add Zhip as real-world Showcase entry in README#9

Merge the two `# Example:` sections into a single `# Showcase` with SignUpDemo (toy, in-repo) and Zhip (real-world iOS wallet) subsections, and link `## Show me code` to it so readers can tell the inline snippet apart from the runnable examples.
