Hi, I'm Yousef Abdelqader

I am a Data Science and Artificial Intelligence student at Middle East University in Amman, Jordan. My main work is in machine learning and data analysis, with additional experience building web, mobile, and C++ applications.

I have worked on classification, recommendation systems, model explainability, and software projects developed as part of university courses and team projects. I am currently looking for internship and project opportunities in data science, machine learning, or software engineering.

Selected projects

A notebook-based machine learning project using the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset. The workflow includes data cleaning, Optuna tuning for XGBoost, stacking classification, model evaluation, and SHAP explanations.

A multi-class classification project that studies the relationship between nutrition data and mood categories. It includes exploratory analysis, CatBoost modeling, cross-validation, visualizations, and a LaTeX report.

A C++ console application for vehicle sales and rentals. The project applies linked lists, stacks, queues, hashing, searching, and sorting in a menu-driven system.

A small C++ ATM simulation with password login, deposits, withdrawals, balance checks, and basic account handling.

A system analysis and design project covering airport operations, requirements, stakeholders, and proposed processes. This repository contains the project documentation rather than an implemented application.
