Python 3.11.9

Run main.py or use python main.py whilst in the script's directory
Settings are in settings.txt
If a valid camera source, and USB COM port is present, the program will send a list of 5 integers over serial

Known Issues

1. Weird text - install the fonts in /assets/fonts, don't really know how I can make python install fonts for you yet
