1. Download the file adminer-4.7.9.php on the GitHub repository.
2. Replace the file adminer.php with this newly downloaded file.
3. Create a branch release/adminer_4.7.9.
4. Commit and open a PR for this release.
5. Add a changelog entry in Scalingo documentation.
