Fwd/Inv Toolkit 1.4.2

This release includes the first version of the uncertainty quantification examples. This example runs from a python script and will quantify uncertainty from translation of the source in a BEM forward simulation.

Fwd/Inv Toolkit 1.4.1

This release contains some significant improvements to the MFS code and examples and updated documentation.

• new methods for choosing the regularization parameters.
