feat: add lottie animation to guest placeholder screen

PR Description

This PR replaces the static FontAwesome icon used in GuestPlaceholderScreen.tsx with a looping Lottie animation to provide a more engaging and modern guest user experience.

Changes Made

• Added a lock-themed Lottie animation JSON asset.
• Replaced the static guest icon with LottieView.
• Enabled auto-play and looping animation.
• Maintained existing navigation and screen functionality.
• Ensured the animation scales appropriately within the guest placeholder screen.
