All 15 Demo GIF links updated from
refs/heads/developtorefs/heads/mainacross the 6 files (README.md, docs/index.md, docs/examples/index.md, and the 3 notebooks). Notebooks remain valid JSON. Note the.pnglinks already pointed tomain, so only the GIF URLs were touched.Closes #287
