Adds a new `parsonsPersonalized` boolean field to CodeTailor-enabled activecode exercises. When off, "Get Help" returns the predefined example Parsons puzzle (or a generic LLM-generated example) without inspecting the student's code, instead of running full CodeTailor personalization.
