• renames the project presentation from EE-LLM to ExitFlow and documents its relationship to the ICML 2024 EE-LLM work

• explicitly withdraws the unsupported 25% latency/no-loss claim and defines the required full-depth baseline
• identifies NERSC Perlmutter as the environment supported by recovered metadata and clarifies the Rutgers WINLAB provenance
• replaces the placeholder clone command with the canonical repository URL

Why

The public documentation must agree with the surviving experimental evidence and distinguish measured results from original project targets. This makes the repository defensible under technical review and avoids ambiguity about hardware, prior work, and the consolidated public history.
