Modifications

Our objective is to monitor all services that are used in different VOD plateform. To ensure this monitoring, we need some functionality that was not in the initial project. At the moment, we have add two new functionalities: we can now (i) transcode offline a video and (ii) delete all videos that have been transcoded already.
