Genuine 254M readout-calib run (8600 steps, 2.25B FineWeb-edu tokens, 3.14h H200 wall = 4.68 normalized H100h, real H200 calibration shipped). Tuned WSD schedule (stable 0.5 / decay 0.5, 1-sqrt) + embedding-LR split (0.009) + full cross-entropy. val_bpb ~1.0322. bundle_hash abc3bfa65b5174502c741d58b92862eb6b8cf9a225bf52c58de41d55408dacd6
