beta: remove module-10 (migration) content and references

[RO-29]

Strip the migration module from the training series for beta:

• Delete module-10 HTML, notion guide, summaries, and SQL/docker assets (migration compose, debezium connectors, MongoDB/MySQL init, migration node config)
• Remove module-10 navigation/cards from index.html, content/index.html, markdown-viewer.html, and module-7/9 nav links
• Update README.md, notion-guides/README.md, code-examples/docker/{INDEX,README,QUICK_START}.md, code-examples/sql/MODULES_CREATED.md, and verify-setup.sh to reflect 9 modules
• Remove module-10 entries from notion-sync*.py and update-notion-with-markdown.py
• Drop stale historical status/report docs that heavily referenced module-10
