chore: check grafana dashboard updates (no updates needed)

Checked for updates to the Grafana dashboards in ./nixos/modules/godel/grafana. Found that node-exporter-full.nix uses dashboard 1860 at version 45, and the latest version from the Grafana API is also 45. Therefore, no updates are available. homepage.nix and kubernetes.json do not have direct upstream updates. No pull request or code changes are necessary.
