- Move documentation structure guidance from root AGENTS.md to docs/AGENTS.md
- Add .devops/AGENTS.md with DevOps tooling conventions
- Add .github/AGENTS.md with GitHub automation conventions
- Add pages/AGENTS.md with published documentation guidelines
- Add src/AGENTS.md with source-level commands, rules, and skills guidance
- Consolidate root AGENTS.md into focused sections: Loaded Context, Repository Behavior, Before Editing, Artifact Quality, Response Style, Token Efficiency
