Adds Paramedic and Cybersun Medical variants of backpacks, satchels, duffels, and messenger bags to be chosen on the medical doctor/paramedic loadouts.

Why / Balance

More customization is always nice, and I like having matching uniforms.

Technical details

• defines old bags as part of dropdowns in Resources/Prototypes/Loadouts/Jobs/Medical/medical_doctor.yml and Resources/Prototypes/_NF/Loadouts/messengers.yml
• adds new entries in Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Entities/Clothing/Back/backpacks.yml, Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Entities/Clothing/Back/satchel.yml, Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Entities/Clothing/Back/duffel.yml, and Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Entities/Clothing/Back/messenger.yml
• adds new loadouts to Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Loadouts/Jobs/Medical/medical_doctor.yml and Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Loadouts/Jobs/Medical/paramedic.yml
• adds new paramedic and medical doctor specific loadout groups to Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Loadouts/loadout_groups.yml
• sets doctor and para to use new groups in Resources/Prototypes/Loadouts/role_loadouts.yml
  -adds names to new groups in Resources/Locale/en-US/_Omu/loadouts/loadout-groups.ftl
