Medical Bag Tweaks

About the PR

Resprites the Medical and Chemistry duffels to be in line with the rest of the choices, along with the inhand sprites of the medical backpack and satchel. (All of which seem to have been missed over in the textureing)
Also implements the previously missing Messenger bag from virology's loadouts.

Why / Balance

i got unreasonably annoyed every time i looked at these things. also the virology thing was like definitely an oversight

makes loadout in Resources/Prototypes/_Omu/Loadouts/Jobs/Medical/virologist.yml
edits Resources/Prototypes/_Goobstation/Loadouts/loadout_groups.yml to include it
