Remove stale prompts and fix broken skill asset paths

Three prompt files in prompts/ had drifted out of sync with their canonical counterparts in npm/skills/imi/ — using old command names (imi add-goal, imi add-task, imi memory add) that no longer match the CLI. Additionally, skills/imi/SKILL.md was missing, causing two integration test failures and a broken Claude plugin marketplace reference.

Removed (dead assets)

• prompts/plan-mode.md, prompts/ops-mode.md, prompts/ai-voice.md — stale copies superseded by npm/skills/imi/ equivalents with current command names

Fixed

• skills/imi/SKILL.md — missing file added (copied from npm/skills/imi/SKILL.md); required by integration test 23 and by .claude-plugin/marketplace.json which declares ./skills/imi as the plugin skill source

Updated references

• README.md Agent Prompts table now points to npm/skills/imi/plan-mode.md and npm/skills/imi/ops-mode.md instead of the deleted files; prompts/execute-mode.md retained — it is an active runtime asset referenced by src/main.rs as the hankweave globalSystemPromptFile
